Rental of The Studio Includes:
- Complete use of the venue for 3 hours. If more time is needed, additional hours can be purchased
- Complimentary hours for set up and clean up
- Access to full kitchen for food prep
- Round and rectangle tables for seating and serving and chairs
- Access to preferred vendors
Helpful Information
- The Studio can accommodate up to 120 guests per floor
- The Studio has a list of preferred vendors; however, all vendors are welcome
- The Studio does not have a dedicated parking lot; however, street parking is available
- The second floor is only accessible by stairs, so please consider this based on your guest list
- The second floor will remain locked if only utilizing the main floor and will not be accessible
- All renters are responsible for venue clean up post event
